As a managed service, the Touchbase call centre can log and handle all maintenance issues on behalf of the Housing Provider
What is Touchbase Connect?
As phase 1 of Touchbase Connect launches, Housing Providers and Housing Associations will benefit from a number of key features. Touchbase Connect is so much more than a standard CRM system, it offers a complete managed service. When paired with the Touchbase device, the two become a 24/7 Intensive Housing Management package, providing peace of mind, improved operational efficiency and removing the need for Housing Officers to work out of hours.
Is it a Mobile App?
Touchbase Connect is accessible through both desktop and mobile applications, making it easy to access on the go.
What is the Cost?
As an Intensive Housing Management offering, Touchbase and Touchbase Connect are both fully eligible costs through an individuals Housing Benefit.
Who has Access?
Accounts can be created for anyone within the company.
There are different levels of access depending on Housing Officer, Area Manager or Senior Management. We have also added a Local Authority Access function, meaning we can give temporary access to the Local Authority if they wish to see evidence that the SSH Scheme is managed effectively. We can give the LA access to one tenant, a whole building, or all buildings the Provider has within their area.
Key Features
Maintenance Reporting & Handling
The dedicated 24/7 call centre receives any property maintenance issues and logs a report. Once logged, an automated email is sent to an approved contractor (this can be provided by the Housing Provider if required) and an email will be sent directly to the Housing Officer.
Approved Contractor Visits
Once the contractor has clicked through and accepted the job, they can then provide a date and time to visit the property. The contractor information along with the visit schedule is sent to the tenants Touchbase device via message notification.
When on site the contractor will complete the works and both contractor and tenant will then electronically sign off the job on Touchbase Connect, which will be time stamped. The contractor also has the ability to upload a photo of the completed works.
Property Records
Housing Officers can log in to Touchbase Connect on the go and see a dashboard of live jobs, including the status such as completed, in progress or overdue (easily digestible using red, amber & green).
Document Uploads
In addition to the reactive maintenance above, Housing Providers can also upload all of their annual certificates, such as Gas Certs, Fire Alarm testing etc. Touchbase Connect will then send alerts when they are due for renewal.
